Delivery

The cost of postage and packaging is calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Orders will be sent within 3 to 5 working days by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other couriers, based upon the items ordered and the shipping destination (Please also consider that fulfillment process can take between 3 to 5 days). If you have any special delivery requirements or any further questions regarding the information above, please contact us to discuss arrangements and any additional costs prior to placing your order.

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or delivery charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These may vary by destination and the Surgeons' Hall Museums Shop is not responsible for paying these charges.

Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for a return, e.g., earrings or beauty products unless they are faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Our team will give you individual advice on returning your item(s) and claiming your refund. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
